SUSTAINABILITY

Yes, animal-welfare is top of mind in sourcing every brand we carry. All products we carry are cruelty-free and have never been tested on our beloved furry creatures. This is an absolute must for us, and we will never carry a product or promote a brand that tests on animals or has harmful animal practices.

The majority of Like Butter Babe's products are vegan, but we do allow a few select non-vegan ingredients. These ingredients include ethically sourced beeswax and honey, and sustainably harvested sea whip and pearl powder. If a product is not vegan, the non-vegan ingredient is specified under the product information for your convenience. Yes! We love our oceans and all the animals that live within them. All sun protection products that we carry are ethically produced with ingredients that are reef safe. 

Yes! We reduce waste whenever we can and all of our packaging is recyclable.

ORDERS

For all order adjustments or cancellations, please reach out to us at hello@likebutterbabe.com and we will do our best to honor
your request! Please note that after an order's begun processing, we're unable to guarantee that we can change or cancel it. Also, note that any order adjustments will result in a delay in processing time.

Please note that orders are fulfilled based on availability, so your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If your shipment
confirmation lists a product that was not included in your package, please reach out to hello@likebutterbabe.com within 5 business days for assistance. Any item reported missing after 5 business days from the delivery confirmation date will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

If any of your products arrive broken or damaged, please email hello@likebutterbabe.com and provide your order number, a photo of the damaged item, and a description of the damage. Please notify Like Butter Babe of any damaged products within 5 days of the delivery confirmation. Damaged or broken items submitted more than 5 days after receipt of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Sustainability is a core value of Like Butter Babe, so in an effort to reduce waste and emissions, we will only provide a replacement if a product is unusable.

Yes, we do! We want you to explore all our amazing brands and products. With the concierge service, we will be able to better fine tune your individual skincare needs, and thus can send fitting samples to match your skin type and routine. 

SHIPPING

Yes! We offer free shipping with orders over $50.00.

All items in your order come with tracking details. In-stock orders are typically fulfilled within 2-3 business days after purchase. For example, if you place an order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on the following Monday. Please bear in mind that holidays and holiday weekends may cause delays, as may inclement weather conditions. We ship based on availability; this is why you may receive certain items in your order before others, as they become available.

Once you've placed an online order, you'll receive a confirmation email where you can monitor your order status. When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a separate email with tracking details. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking details to update. Once the carrier scans your package, the estimated delivery date will adjust accordingly.

If the carrier's tracking number shows a delivery confirmation but you are unable to locate your package, please reach out to us immediately at hello@likebutterbabe.com, and we will be able to assist you. Please report any missing shipments within 10 business days of the delivery confirmation date. Any missing packages reported after 10 business days will not be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery confirmation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We currently do not offer exchanges.

On items that are eligible for return, please email us at hello@likebutterbabe.com with your order number and email address associated with your order. We will happily refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping and handling fees) of the returned item(s) to the original form of payment.

We will refund your original payment method within 5-7 days after receiving the product. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7-10 days to see the refund in your bank account.
